about me
My practice is based in Ōtepoti Dunedin and I offer sessions in person. I am a registered psychotherapist with a Dip in Adult Psychotherapy from the Australia and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy, a PgDip in Counselling & Groupwork — a Cognitive Behavioural Approach from The Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies in Glasgow, Scotland, and a current practising certificate with the Psychotherapists Board of Aotearoa New Zealand. I am committed to ongoing professional development and the ethical standards of the profession. 

As we come to understand and experience ourselves authentically, in the presence of an attentive person, a feeling of improvement develops and lasting change often occurs. I provide a safe, confidential, and collaborative space for you to explore what matters most to you. My approach draws on psychodynamic, relational, and somatic psychotherapy. This is tailored to your unique experience and can be explored at a pace and depth that feels right for you. I believe therapy is a meaningful relational process that supports self awareness, improves understanding of emotions and relationships, and develops us to take better care of ourselves and others. I aim to support you to live with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.  

I work with adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. My work is informed by a deep respect for diversity in culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, and life experience.

I practice from Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm, by appointment only.

duration & cost

Each appointment is 50 minutes. My standard fee is $150.00 per session.
