about me

I am a registered Psychotherapist and full member of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists with a background in Alternative Medicine.

In my work as a Psychotherapist, I am offering you a safe and supportive environment in which we can address any concern you wish to bring, big or small. My utmost respect and confidentiality are guaranteed.

While addressing any pressing issues of your own choosing and with then reflecting upon them together, insights and understanding will arise. In this collaborative process marked by our evolving conversations, people usually regain clarity and confidence to find their own answers and direction.

Part of our work will be to recognize and express feelings, to identify recurring life themes and to possibly find links between present and past. This will eventually lead to an increased ability and freedom to live more authentically.

 As a therapist, I always feel privileged to accompany my clients on their way to becoming more fully themselves as they get more in touch with their inner capacities and thus gain an increased quality of life.

We all struggle at times and asking for help can become a real turning point.

practice hours

 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday  9am – 5pm, with some flexibility. At present I am accepting new clients.

Zoom or Skype sessions can be arranged, if necessary.

duration & cost

My standard fee per 50 minute session is $120.
