about me

I am qualified and registered as a social worker and psychodynamic psychotherapist. I have additional training in : brief psychotherapy, clinical supervision, couple psychotherapy, mentalisation based therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy – all effective treatments for trauma.

I am also trained in Buddhist Psychotherapy through the Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

Each appointment is 50 minutes. My standard fee is $150.00 for individuals & $180 for couples.
